After having stayed in Toronto for few months, my Taiwanese friends and I missed Taiwanese food a lot, though Taiwanese food and Chinese food are so similar, but the tastes are a little bit different. We tried to find somewhere to eat Taiwanese food, but we didn't succeed. One day we were on our way to Yonge St. from another Rosedale, then we found here. Then it became one of our favorite place to go.
Lee Chen is located near Bloor and Yonge, it is a Shangainese restaurant, but it also sells the food we usually eat in Taiwan, such as Xiaolongbao, and beef noodles. My friends and I has visited for many times, so that the clerks there got to know us. Since we knew this place, we always took our foreign friends to try some special food.
李泉居位在Bloor and Yonge， 是一間上海餐廳， 但也賣一些我們在台灣常吃的食物， 像是小籠包和牛肉麵。 我和朋友常來這裡坐客，連這裡的服務生都認是我們了。自從我們知道這個地方，我們就常帶著外國朋友來品嘗特別的食物。
小籠包在台灣非常有名，或者我們可以說，台灣以小籠包著名。但事實上我以前不喜歡吃小籠包，也不知道它如此有名。在台灣有很多小籠包餐廳，而且總是擠滿了外國客人。直到我遇到一些日本人，它們總是一直跟我講小籠包，我才知道這件事情。
Hot and Sour soup noodle
This noodle is my favorite dish in this restaurant. Hot and Sour soup is Sichuan Cuisine, which is usually spicy. The noodle is hand-made, so it's very chewy. The soup is a little bit spicy, but it tastes really good.
酸辣湯麵
這道麵是我在這間餐廳最喜歡的食物。酸辣湯麵是四川料理，通常是辣的。這個麵條是手工的，所以非常有嚼勁。這湯有點辣，但是非常好吃。
They also sell some desserts, such as green onion pancake, Dumplings and Shaobing.
它們也賣一些點心，像是蔥油餅、水餃和燒餅
If you come alone at lunch time, you could order Lunch Special. It's inexpensive, but only offers at lunch time.
如果你是一個人來的可以點商業午餐。這比較經濟實惠，但是只有在午餐時間供應。

Ma Po Tofu is also Sichuan Cuisine, which is usually spicy, but this one is not spicy for me.
Dandan Noodles
Tangyuan
Tangyuan is a Chinese traditional food which we usually eat in Dongzhi with family. It is made rice flour. There are so many different flavors. This one consists of sesame. It's very good to eat it when it is on a cold day.
Bubble tea
And of course when the first time I came here, I ordered Bubble tea! This is a famous Taiwanese drink, which we could buy it everywhere in Taiwan. Bubble tea consistes of a mixture of milk tea and Bubble. This one is too sweet.

In the following is the food what we have ordered.
Xiaolongbao:
Xiaolongbao is quite famous in Taiwan, or we can say, Taiwan is famous for Xiaolongbao. But actaully, I didn't like Xiaolongbao before, and I didn't know it was a so well-known in the world. There are so many Xiaolongbao restaurants in Taiwan, and it was always full of foreign customers. Until I met some Japanese, they always asked me about Xiaolongbao, then I got to know this.
Inside the Dumplings is soup, so remember to put in a spoon, bite it and then sink the soup.
小籠包在台灣非常有名，或者我們可以說，台灣以小籠包著名。但事實上我以前不喜歡吃小籠包，也不知道它如此有名。在台灣有很多小籠包餐廳，而且總是擠滿了外國客人。直到我遇到一些日本人，它們總是一直跟我講小籠包，我才知道這件事情。
